It's roughly 10' by 10' and is 110$ per month , tax and utilities included.
You get 24 hour access to the studio and access to the silkscreen darkroom (with exposure unit , fridge , storage) and washout unit , and shared "kitchen" area (it's pretty minimal but there is full sized fridge w/ freezer , microwave , kettle, coffee maker , sink , toaster and toaster oven) plus you have your own storage shelf above your space.
The 100 Sided Die is a co-operative studio space in a mile end mid-rise. Near Laurier metro and the 80 bus route.It's shared by musicians , fabric artists , painters , drawers and screenprinters. we're on the 12th floor and have loading dock and freight elevator access. the studio is totally DIY and has been running for 4 years , we just now renewed the lease.
Looking for someone friendly , responsible and at least somewhat clean.

We are saving our pennies to buy a new(er) van , our current one has 330 000 km on it and is starting to really suck. If you
